• As the sole developer in the early years, shipped all web products end-to-end: corporate sites, e-commerce platforms, a real-time sales monitoring application, and a custom-order printing system.

• Owned the full technical scope end-to-end: technology selection, database architecture, API design, team assembly, business process re-engineering, user training, and production operations — all from scratch over 2+ years.
• Designed and deployed integrated WMS (Warehouse Management System), HR, finance, and accounting systems, migrating the entire organization from paper-based workflows to a unified digital platform.
• Delivered real-time operational and financial data visibility across the organization for the first time in the company's history.

• Managed delivery of an asset management system for BTPN Bank — handled requirements definition, vendor coordination, and progress tracking from scoping through handover.

• Implemented trade finance systems (Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees) for cross-border banking clients; bridged language, timezone, and technical gaps between Indonesian and Chinese teams.
